TAG- The Would You Rather Tag

1) Would you rather lose all of your mascaras, eye liners, lipsticks and lip glosses or lose all of your palettes and eye shadows?

Hmmm tricky one! Ummm I think I would prefer to lose all my mascaras, eye liners, lipsticks and lip glosses than my eye shadow palettes! As long as I got re-purchase them the next day!

2.) Would you rather chop off all your hair or never be able to cut it again?

I would rather chop it all off and then let it grow again!

3.) Would you rather have a coral cheek or a pink cheek?

Tricky Tricky… I love Benefit Coralista but I think a pink cheek more classic and goes with more lip colours so pink.

4.) If you had $1000 to spend, would you rather buy clothes or makeup?

Some very nice clothes and a handbag… and shoes!

5.) Would you rather apply lipstick as eyeliner, or eyeliner as lipstick?

Lip stick as eyeliner if I had to!

6.) Would you rather only shop at MAC or Sephora?

Sephora as there is more choice! It’s like an Aladdin’s cave in there! *dreamy*

7.) Would you rather only use one eye shadow color or one lip colour for the rest of your life?

One eye shadow I think a nice bronzey colour. So you can dress it up or down.

8.) Would you rather have dark nails or bright nails all year round?

Dark nails all year round… I love the look of dark short nails

9.) Would you rather give up your favourite lip product or your favourite eye product?

Favourite lip product I think… there still would be a lot of choice!

10.) Would your rather never be able to paint your nails again or never use lipgloss?

Never wear lip gloss…I don’t actually wear lip gloss its way too sticky for me!

11.) Would you rather shave your eyebrows and have none at all or sharpie them in everyday?

Oh god! I dunno!! Shave your eyebrows off…. If I had too!

12.) Would you rather live without makeup or nail polish?

Live without nail polish. With my job I can’t really wear nail polish on my hands so I only really wear it for my days off then remove it! (I wish I could wear it everyday tho!)

I hope you like this tag post! I really enjoy doing tag posts!

My Top 5 Go to Make Up Items of 2014

I found it pretty hard to pick my top make up products of 2014 (the list would have gone of for a while!) so I have decided to tell you about the top 5 I always pick up.

Maybelline Colour Tattoo in On and On Bronze
I have a few of these  in different colours but this one is defiantly the most used one. It's a great base for one and lasts all day on me. I also find it to be a perfect day look with some bronze shadow on top and along the lower lash line but you can add a flick of eyeliner and it is a great night look. Nice and Simple!

MUA Shimmer Highlighter
I bought this right at the start of 2014 and I got so many complements on what I was wearing on my cheekbones! I don't wear it every day but paired with a simple pink blush is just gives an added dimension to the look. I think they now do this in a gold so I think I will invest in that in the new year and at £3 why not.

Revlon Colourburst Matte Balm in Elusive
Every blogger around fell in love with these during 2014 and I was know exception! This mid tone pink is my favourite colour as it is just so wearable. You do have to make sure your lips are nice and moisturised and not dry and flaky but that's nothing a lip scrub can't sort out! I only have 2 of these and I have been very resistant in not buying any more but I might have to perk my self up with another one during the start of 2015.

Bourjois Volume 1 Seconde Mascara
I LOVE this mascara, I have rebought and I will do again! To be honest I think its all about the brush, this brush is a pretty large plastic one, some people hate plastic mascara brushes but each to there own. When I first used it I was blown away with how much length and volume it gave my stubby lashes! If you like a plastic brush you need to try this!

Laura Mercier Foundation Primer
This is unlike any foundation primer I have ever used! I have used lots of silicon based gel ones before which yeah they sort of work but I don't really like the gel like feel on my skin, but this one is out of this world! It's a kind of cream consistency which most people with an oily skin with scream at! But I sinks into the skin perfectly and after a few minutes I apply my foundation and it goes on amazingly! It also has very impressive staying power. I don't use this everyday but if I know I'm going straight out after work or I have a special occasion/meal/night out I will most defiantly pick this up! I got this free in a Lastest in Beauty Box so I'm gonna use it sparingly as the full size one is pretty pricey.

What have been your go to products of 2014?

It's All About The Blush

This summer I have have seemed to have bought quite a lot of blushes, not intentionally but the packaging is so pretty and the colours so mesmerising they just seem to fall into my basket!

Below are the Blushers I have loved this summer

Benefit Coralista- I first came across this blusher a fair few years back in a Christmas gift set. I loved it and was so sad when it ran out. Being a more high end product I never re-purchased it again, then my flight into the blogger sphere and a trip to New York later I have it back in my life again! I love the coral pink colour with the slight gold shimmer, it suits most skin tone even my pale and interesting skin but looks even better when I fake tan, which I really should do more! I love love LOVE the packaging and the smell! Have you noticed the smell of it? Go on sniff it and you will see! Plus it has a handy brush for on the go appulations (that I don't really do, but I should!). I would LOVE to have more Bene Blushers, What ones are your faves?

Bourjois Blush 01- I totally would not have bought this if I didn't receive it in the Glamour Summer Beauty Edit but I totally fell head over hills in love with it. With having an oily skin I steered clear of cream blushes, I have got the Benefit Fine Fine One but that was kind of a impulse buy and it's not my fave at all. But this one THIS one is amazzzzzing! First off the colour is natural and nude which means it suits most lip colours plus it's builable too. I like to apply it with my Real Techniques sponge or my fingers then I blend it upwards. Have your tried these? What do you think?

Revlon Highlighting Palette, Rose Glow 020- I heard this was a dupe for the Bobbie Brown Shimmer Brick which is something that I have always wanted to try. I have loved this product as it gives you a lovely sweep of colour with a slight shimmer and a light pink and natural glow. It's great and buildable and not too much! I really recommend this product and it's have lasted for ages! How does this rate to the Bobbie Brown Shimmer Brick?

Sleek Blush in Rose Gold 262- This is my total fave blusher of alllllll timmmmeeee!!!! When I don't no what one to wear I always pull this one out of my muji draw! The pigment and colour are out of this world! I'm so glad I discovered this blusher, I just apply a light sweep over my cheek and I'm done! It's great for day and night. I normally wear this to work and often get comments on how nice it looks. I really should have taken a photo of it open but I hit the pan of it a long time ago so it isn't that pretty but I figured at a total blogger fave you would all not what it looks like! I will defo be repurchasing this blusher again. I have a couple of other sleek blusher but they don't seem as good as this one, What other Sleek Blusher have you tried and loved?!

I can't believe there was a time a few years back that I never used blusher! I think it scare me a little as I didn't want to look like the girl with the clown face. Now I would never be without one!

Let me know your fave Blushers in the comments below!

Latest in Beauty Box- The Glamour Beauty Edit

I have been meaning to post this for a couple of weeks but I never got round to taking the pics, but today, a lazy sunday finally find time!

As a new-ish beauty blogger you would probably be shocked to know that I do not have a beauty box subscription! Oh boy I wish I did I would LOVE beauty goodies dropped on my door mat every month, but one reason and aother I have never took the plunge to do it (I'm meant to be saving, house, wedding and possible holidays!). But when I saw the Latest In Beauty Glamour Beauty Edit crop up on Instagram and Bloglovin I knew I had to have it. One thing I like about it is I know mostly, apart from colours what I'm gonna get, thats the control freak in me I suppose. I will defo be looking our for more of there lovely boxes!

Heres what I got, plus a mini (i mean mini, tiny) review on what I think so far!

Rimmel Sun Shimmer Instant Tan BB Skin Perfector
Jezze what a long name for a fake tan! I have not tried this yet but it looks easy to use. It will be good for a quick fix tanning product and I will probably use on my very pale legs! I like the fact it is wash off so will be good for a day/night out.

Velvotan The Original Tanning Mitt
I am a fan of fake tan mitts the are a great way to apply fake tan, they save your from orange palms and streaky tans. I will use this one with the Rimmel Tan above as i have a stack of dirty fake bake mitts tha need a good wash!

Hawaiian Tropic Stain Proctection Ultra Radiance Sun Lotion spf30
This will be perfect for my city break to Barcalona in September! Nice pretty packaging and a super nice holiday scent.

Toni and Guy Volume Plumping Whip
This is just the product for me e the mo as I'm feeling my hair is a little thin and limp, I will def be trying this asap and let you all know what I think of it.

Crabtree and Evelyn Nail Lacquer
Who knew Crabtree and Evelyn did nail polish? I recived the bright red, which is great for all year round and on my next free days off I will try it. I might have prefer the light pink as it's a bit more wearable for my work.

DHC Deep Cleasning Oil
This is one of the reason why boughts this box, i have been wanting to try an oil cleaser for a while. I have used a couple of times and I'm pleased with it. Full review to come.

Illamasqua Glamore Lipstick
I have been on the look out for a new nude lipstick for a while and being SO indecisive I can never choose when I'm shopping so end up leaving the shop empty handed! I'm made up with the colour I recived it's called rosepout, it's not too pale and it's not too dark and it feel super soft and silky on my lips, result!

Magnifibers Brush-on False Lashes
I'm not a fan of false eye lashes they are just too delicate and fussy for me to put on! These may be the answer but i'm not holding my breath as the reviews i have seen don't seem that great!

You might have noticed one thing missing...as I have been sooooo impressed by the following blusher it seems to have already sneaked pride of place in my muji draw.

Bourjour Cream Blush 01
I do not normally get on with cream products with my oily skin but this my friends... is amazing. The colour is so nice not uber bright and it's so wearable for work. Full review to come.

Face Mask #003

This could possibly be my favourite face mask ever...

Dead Sea Spa Magik are the high street sister brand of my beloved Spa Find Skincare, you can buy these in shops like Holland and Barrett and even some Tesco's. The idea of the products are the same, they are jam packed with minerals to help improve all skin conditions.

The mask is descibed as "Detoxifying peel off facial mask to dramatically improve skin texture, leaving it feeling soft, refreshed and youthful"

The pack contains one use, it contains a sachet of power that you mix with water and a spatula for you to mix with. As soon as you mix the mask apply it to your skin straight away. It is best I find, to wipe over the skin with some toner on cotton wool just to make sure all product is removed from the skin, the mask goes on so much better. You will find the mask is pretty cold when you apply it to the skin and has a seaside-y smell (nice?!), this is all the magical marine algi in it. The first few times you use this mask it is quite tricky to apply, I like to start on the fore head and work down, or of you have a handy assistant like a mum or sister or friend try lying down and they apply it for you. I also find if you use a little less water it has a thicker consistency and therefore easier to apply.

After being on for 20ish minutes the mask would have set onto your face so all you need to do is gently loosen the edges and peel off in one! I love the feeling of removing this mask, it feels like your skin is being reborn! I love the way my skin looks and feels after using it. It feels so much brighter and more refreshed. It also feels pumped up and tighter, in a good, toned way!

Have your tried this mask? Or any other Dead Sea Spa Magik Products?

Magic Growth Potion For Eye Lashes

So for the past week I have been using Lash Essence Gold, which is an eyelash serum. I have been noticing my lashes seem quite weak and thin at the mo. I havn't had eye lash extensions but I think being stressed and run down takes it toll on your body.

My friend recommended me this as she used it when she picked off all her eyelashes when removing her eyelash extensions! Once they grow back she still used it and said her lashes were so much thicker. She really raved about it so it was work a try!

It's described online as

"The miracle growth for lashes and brows! With its blend of natural herbs Lash Essence Gold is an essential aftercare that encourages increased blood circulation and provides essential nutrients to the hair follicles. Promotes rapid hair growth within the eyelashes and brows and conditions the natural lash while the extension is growing out."

I have used it am and pm after my cleansing routine, and I have noticed a small difference, well I think so... lol!

I will be keeping you posted with this and see if it has made any difference! Fingers crossed!

Have you used this product?
What else do you suggest that's good for lash growth?

Face Mask #001

I know when my skin needs a face mask it seems to feel clogged up, I get those annoying little under the skin spots and my make up never goes on right! Action needed! So tonight as we speak I'm sporting a very attractive face mask, I personally love clay based face masks I LOVE the tightening feeling like it is really working and the thicker the better!

I ALWAYS ALWAYS scrub my skin before using a mask.  You want to work on fresh new skin so having a quick scrub beforehand works wonders. I love Spa Find Sea Sand Scrub as it is quick easy and feels like it's working. You can mix it with a creamy cleanser or use with water and what's great about it is the fact you can make it as coarse as you like. Use more cleanser/water if you have a sensitive skin or less cleanser/water if you wanted a deeper cleanse. You only need a pea size amount so one pot lasts you ages! It's fab as you can use it on your body and feet as well! I like to use this about once  a week.

My mask of choice today is another Spa Find Fave! It's their Balanced Beauty Stabilizing Mud Mask. After patting on some of my Spa Find Calmit Extract (another fave) I applied this mask with my fingers all over my face. I find it so deep cleansing and brightening, my skin feel refreshed, cleaner and my blemishes seem reduced after using.

Both this and the Sea Sand Scrub come in lovely glass pots that look very high end on you bathroom shelves but not at the high end prices! This mud mask is £18 and the scrub is £16.50!

I have quite a few masks to use at the mo so look out for the reviews! I got some samples of the GlamGo masks which I'm quite excited to use!  What are you go to masks??

Catch you later

D is for...

...Dry Shampoo! I could not live without this stuff!!

I know you are not meant to wash your hair everyday so I opt for every other day, as my hair is fairly oily I use dry shampoo for the 2nd day when I normally have my hair up.

I love Batiste dry shampoo it's quick, easy, cheap, effective and it smells so good so I think it ticks all boxes!

Now I have a full fringe I like to spray a little dry shampoo through making it more solid looking and not gappy.

Also another tip I have discovered is spraying dry shampoo through your hair before you go to bed. By doing this your hair has all night to freshen up and I feel it is easier to style in the mornings. Again I like to spray a bit more in if needed in the mornings but by doing it at night you get less of the badger look as well!

Do you use dry shampoo? What brand is your fave?

Sorry in the lack of posts recently, I have been a bit poorly! Hopefully on the mend now because it's my birthday on Sunday!!

T is for...

So I have decided to do a sort of A-Z of beauty! I'm not doing any order at all to keep you on your toes so keep an eye out!

Today I'm starting with T
T...T...ttt.... Is for...TONER

From working as a Beauty Therapist I know that a lot of people forget this step in their cleansing routine! But it is in fact one of the more important ones and finding the right toner for you can improve your skin dramatically!

The thing is when we use water or products on our skin it's disrupts your skins pH balance. This can make our skin more oily and no one wants that, By toning it restores your skins pH balance quickly and effectively.

If you have a dry or sensitive skin use a toner with out alcohol in like Spa Find Renewed Radiance Toning spray.

If you have a more oily or combination skin use Spa Find Balanced Beauty Toner.

Toners are also really great to refresh your skin and to remove the studded last remaining scraps of make up! I think it's amazing after double cleansing your face that you can still have a little bits of make up still on! You can also use a light spritz of toner from a distance over your face to set your make up!

I really love the smell of Dermalogica's Multi-active toner and from the high street you cant go wrong with Simples Kind to skin toner.

Hope you enjoyed this post, I am looking forward to do more!

I Heart my Konjac Sponge...

... Well that's a phase I never thought I would say!!!

HUH? I hear you say, until a few days before Christmas I had no idea what a Konjac sponge was either!!! But then my life changed... (This could totally be a movie couldn't it?)

Well in fact to your amazement  Konjac is a JAPANESE POTATOE! The Japanese have been using it in beauty treatments for years to gently exfoliate and cleanse the skin. It's bursting full of minerals and vitamins to help brighten and improve your skin. Plus it's sustainable so good for the environment as well (double woo!)

I'm using the Spa Find Red Velvet Konjac Sponge and have done since Christmas! I was luckily enough to try it out for a few months before it hit the shelves and all I can say is WOW! My skin has never looked or felt as good!

The sponge itself will gently but effectively exfoliate your skin while the red clay in it will rejuvenate. I feel it really works deep down and after one use I was amazed at how soft my face felt! I use it every morning and sometimes at night with a cleanser or face wash. It can even remove water-based make up.

My skin feels more refined, cleaner and looks brighter and more radiant so much so I could probably brave leaving the house with no make up on! Also I have found my liquid foundation sits SO much nicer on my skin once I have used the sponge before hand.

I recommend this sponge to anyone! It's so easy to fit into your cleansing routine  it's not another product to sit with the rest of the ones, if you get me, as you use it with something that you use already. It's quick, easy and efficient!  I think I will be using it for many years to come!

Omg I sound like I'm writing a speech for parliament! VOTE KONJAC SPONGE FOR PRIMINSTER ! But I suppose it proves how strongly I love it!

Also Happy Valentines day, that was my valentines related post! I better show my boyfriend some love and attention as it seems I'm having a love affair with a potato/sponge! If it wasn't for him (Russ not the sponge) encouraging me and helping me I would not have this little blog and my 100 followers on bloglovin so thank you baby I love you millions! (Cringe!)

I'm looking forward to a nice meal this evening cooked by the boy himself and a lovely little relax curled up together on the soft after a busy week! What are you up to this Valentines day?

Bye for now

Its All About The Eyes

Like everyone, I'm a bit little bit boring with eye shadow I love my Naked 2 pallet (really want 3) and I'm all up for trying new eye shadows on the market but I normally stick to the browns and neutral shades that they have for offer. I'm looking at getting some of the Maybelline Colour Tattoo 24hr Cream Eye Shadows. While I was looking into the product I decided to take a look into what colour would suit me best, trying to take a step outside of my neutral box!

So I did a little bit if research for us all....

Most of the stuff I found was based on eye colour...
I have a small problem with this... I have different coloured eyes!

One brown and the other green with a bit of brown at the top! I take this as I can be greedy and choose colours from both categories!

Beautiful brown Eyes- Brown eyes can wear most colours! Woohoo! To brighten the eyes use a blue or green and to add warmth add brown-y orange colours.

I have started to wear more of dark green on my eyes, I have been looking for the right one with just the right amount of shimmer! At the mo I'm loving Avon Colour Trend Duo in Rain Forrest, it was pretty cheap too and seems to last for a long time on my eyes with not creasing etc. I used it with a dark brown in my crease from an old clinque quad.

I'm interested in trying burn orange/brown too!!!

Gorgeous Green Eyes- Plums and purples and deep dark reds are good for you as they are the completely different to the colour of your eyes. This will make your green eyes stand out brighter then ever before.

I have recently been using Bourjour's smoky eyes trio in Rose Vintage. I love the fact you get all three colours to create the look. These have more of a pinky tone but I will be looking for more plummy dark shades soon.

And for you...Baby Blue Eyes out there- Warmer tones will make your blue and grey eyes stand out even more! Go for Corals, browns and warm pinks

Do you use Maybelline Colour Tattoo 24hr Cream Eye Shadows? What colours do you recommend?

Review- Mud, Mud, Marvelous Mud

So here I'm going to review a few more of my beloved Spa Find products! One for your hair and for your skin!

The 1st is Spa Find's Heavenly Hydration Hair and Body Mud. This product was once called scalp mud but has been new and improved with a much nicer allegen free fragrance! Before the product smelt well how can I put this...a little earthy... Although I like this, as it shows there hasn't been much added to the product it now smells much much nicer and more luxurious!

You can use it as a conditioner and as a more intensive hair mask. After using, my hair felt so much more hydrated and manageable and omg it felt so SOFT! I washed my hair then applied the product all over (but focus more on the length of my hair). I then twisted it up into a hair turban and left for about 20 mins while I had the face mask I will tell you about in a mo on!

It's a lovely product to use to bring the spa into your home, at £19.50 (click here) I will use it once or twice a week as a treat for my hair but as you only use a small amount of the product it will last quite along time.

While my hair mask was on I cleansed, exfoliated and then applied some serum to my face, I then applied Spa Finds Black Mud For Face and Body. This mask is great for any skin type apart from really sensitive skin as it's is very simulating.

The mask helps to increases circulation there for leaving you skin fresher and clearer. I love using it for a deep cleanse as the mask sets you really feel it working! After leaving on for about 20 mins  remove,I recommend showering this mask off as your flannel or face cloth would be ruined from the black colour! Once removed my skin instantly felt softer and more refined! The pot is £30  (click here) but it is pretty big and again you only need a small amount for your face, you can use this on your body as well for the same effect!

I will probably use this mask every couple of weeks as I have a few other face masks I love too! (For another post?!)

How often do you use face masks?

What are your go to ones?

My blog has turned a little more to skincare at the moment but it never was gonna be just a beauty blog! I know a lot about skincare probably because I'm a beauty therapist andI am enjoying sharing my knowledge!

I feel I'm still learning a lot about make up, yeah I can apply my own and it looks nice but is it really good enough?!

Just Hannah is about the whole of my life and what makes me...well... me!!

I hope you are enjoying my blog and the different kind of posts!

Bye for now...

A Day Just About Me...

So today is my day off and I have it more or less too myself.. Plus I have no car! (I feel lost!) My little car has it's mot so I won't get it back till the evening! It's quite nice to have a completely free day as I am normally such a busy bee rushing around doing so much, so I have weirdly been looking forward to it! But I really don't no what I would do if I didn't drive it's crazy that people don't! I love being so independent, going where ever and when ever I want! And since I have been driving from when I was 17 I'm totally reliant on it plus the world truly is my oyster!

Anyway back to the post..

Below are some of the things I have been up too on a rare lazy day at home...

To start with I had a lovely lye in, which I pretty rare for me as I normally wake up early (early being 7.30ish, so not that early) even if I don't have work! Then I treated my self to a yummy boiled egg, one of my favourite breakfasts!

I lazed around in my PJ's for a bit checking Facebook, Instagram, Blogger, Bloglovin, Pinterest, emails etc etc etc! then I treated my skin to an Black Mud Face Mask from Spa Find and also I used there new formula Hair and Body mud as hair mask for my hair. I will be reviewing these products in a later post but I really love them my skin and hair feel amazing! While I was getting ready I watched a few make up videos on Youtube, then I did a shameless selfie as my hair felt so soft and shiney and looked great!

I then decided to bake some cookies! They are double chocolate chip cookies mmmm! They were pretty easy to make and they taste delicious! Crunchy on the outside and soft and chewing in the middle just how cookies are meant to taste! I think I could of even baked them for a little less but I was worried that they would be under done!

My sound track to the day was BBC Radio 1! I missed Grimmy as I had a lye in (not much missed!). I love Fearne Cotton so whilst getting ready and baking she was on and always plays such a good variety of music. Next was Scott Mills and I LOVE HIM, he's so funny and does the cringest of things!

I had a nice healthy lunch of chicken and cheese salad, while I watched a bit of the Great British Bake off! Then I chilled and read some of my new book my favourite author, Paige Toon! This is her new book called The Accidental Life of Jessie Jefferson, which is actually a teenage book. I bought it anyway, 1. because I love her writing and 2. it follows on one of the stories from one of her other books! (A Paige Toon post is in the process of being planned!)

Lastly I did some New York shopping research! I know I don't go until the end of April but I'm just seeing what's out there and comparing prices!

My car is back now hooray! But needs to go back in on Tuesday so another car-less day to come! But it has made an nice change to my normal days off. I think I might have a 'Me' day like this once a month as I have really enjoyed doing things for me no matter how small they are. I will be off later this evening over to Russ's for Chinese take away and a nice chilled evening.

Hope you are all having a good Friday whatever you are up too!

A Thursday Tip....

I only use face wipes to remove my eye make up and to get the bulk of my foundation and bronzer off, I just find the quick and easy! Then I cleanse, tone and moisturise of coruse!

My tip with face wipes are.... Always keep the packet upside down...

This keeps the wipes moist and fresh! RESULT!

Before I had this 'brainwave' I would use to find to top ones would be really dry and horrible and would drag my skin, not removing much make up. But when I got to the end of the packet they would be really wet!

I don't no where my brain picked this idea up but hey it works!

I will keep you posted with more 'brainwaves' and tips!

I Heart Lip Crayons...

I have been using Clinque Chubby Sticks for a few years now and when I saw that last summer Boujour released their Colour Boast lip crayon I really wanted to try them! I started off by buying the red one, red sunshine, as I had a friends hen do, and I loved it!

This orange one, summer punch is my current fave! They are super shinny and feel smooth on your lips. The colours are bold, bright and long lasting! I often use to get put off by the BRIGHT packaging of lip colours and stick to pinks and neutrals but I have some how embraced the bright colours!!

I really love lip crayons and getting quite a collection! I'm not really a fan of lip gloss, I find it way to sticky! I'm looking at trying some other brands, will keep you posted, do you have any recommendation?

I Heart Spa Find Calmit Serum...

One skin care product I couldn't live without is my Spa Find Calmit Serum!! If I could bath my skin in it, I really would!!

Spa Find is the skin care company I work for and I'm not being biased the products are amazing!  I will be raving on here about them so be prepared! The Calmit Serum is my favourite (if I had to pick just one) from there skin care ranges.

It's brilliant for a normal to combination skin, but especially for those who are concerned about signs of ageing! Even at 23 I use anti-aging products and I have done for a few years, this is so important, the younger you start the better! It contains Padina Pavonica which is a marine brown algae. It's in a lot of 'expensive' high-end brands (Calmit is ALOT CHEAPER!)  and it's seen as a real player in the battle for anti ageing!

I use this every night and sometimes in the morning under my moisturiser. I love the fact it's water based so it's not heavy at all on your skin. This is what always used to worry me about a serum, that it would make my skin even more oily etc but this really doesn't! Also what I love love love about Calmit Serum is that it will calm the angriest of spots!!! I use this product more when it's 'the time if the month' and I find it really helps!

It's £26 for 50ml and lasts me ages! You only need one pump into the palm of your hand and then pat and rub into your face and neck I then wait a minute or so then I apply my moisturiser or night cream!

I really love this product and I feel it has improved my skin dramatically! I would recommend it to anyone!

Well that's enough chit chat on for now! Sorry about my passion of skin care products I could talk about them all day!

Happy weekend

Soap and Glory- The Righteous Butter

Hi, it's Just Hannah here, Sorry I have been so rubbish at posting this week! I need to learn how to fit it into my everyday busy life!

So for Christmas I recieved quite a lot of Soap and Glory stuff! I really like the branding, it's pink and  girly what else could a girl want! I have tried bits and pieces of  their stuff  before and really liked it! I had never used the body butter and where had I been?! It's AMAZING!!

First of all the scent smells so yummy! It's sweet but not over powering. I first used it after a bath, you only need a small among per areas so a little bit goes along way (my two tubs from Christmas will last me ages wooo). The next thing I noticed was how quickly it sunk into my skin and it didn't feel sticky afterwards, that's one of my bug bares with body lotions etc I hate them feeling too heavy. The Righteous Butter fits the bill perfectly!

In the morning I woke up and could still smell the sweet yummy scent, result! And when I felt my skin it felt SO SOFT! I always think my skins not that soft and being a beauty therapist I touch a lot of skin!! This really offer everything I want from a body lotion/moisturiser. I think I would use the butter mostly at night and use a lotion in the morning if needed.

As I work as at therapist for a skin care company I felt like I was 'cheating' on them a bit! But they are releasing a body balm this year some time I think so I can see how theirs measures up to this beaut!

Well I'm off today so I will be thinking if some more blog ideas! I have got a little shopping trip planned and need to bake a cake so I better get on and get up!

Bye for now
